Gateway Discs
Gateway Disc Sports is a US-based disc golf manufacturer founded in 1994 by David McCormack (PDGA #2873), a pioneering pro player since the 1970s and early tour competitor, in Maryland Heights, Missouri (near St. Louis). Headquartered at 10855 Metro Ct., the company started as a distributor, began molding discs in 1999 with the Sabre, and exploded in popularity in 2002 with the Wizard putter, often called the greatest putter ever, consistently top-rated for its stability, grip, and chain-catching ability.
